USER POLICY

1. Introduction

1.1. This document outlines the terms and conditions for using our website at www.2015invest.com and the related services. 

1.2. These terms define the relationship between "2015 invest Group" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) and users in the context of services involving virtual assets.

1.3. The provider agrees to deliver services related to virtual assets, and the user, in turn, agrees to follow these rules, fulfill all outlined requirements.

2. Service Terms

2.1. To access the provider’s services, users must register on the Company platform.

2.2. During registration, users must provide accurate and complete personal information.

2.3. After registration, users must complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) process, which includes:

  • Uploading identity verification document (Passport);

  • Facial scan;

  • Completing a questionnaire.

2.4. Upon completing the process, the provider will check the user against international databases (e.g., criminal watchlists, etc.). If no matches are found, registration is successful. If a match is found, the case is forwarded to the Anti‑Money Laundering (AML) officer, who will assess the risk and decide whether to approve or reject the application.

2.5. After successfully completing steps 2.1 to 2.4, the user is granted access to the provider’s services.

2.6. Regardless of registration, users must present valid identification documents during any in‑person visit to the service center.

3. Additional Terms

3.1. The provider has the right to request any information necessary to deliver the service or comply with legal obligations.

3.2. Upon request, users must supply information about the origin of their virtual assets or funds.

3.3. The provider may suspend transaction processing until all required data is received.

3.4. The provider is not responsible for delays caused by user‑provided documents or involvement of third parties in processing.

4. Privacy Policy

4.1. The provider protects all personal and confidential information obtained during service use.

4.2. Personal data is processed in accordance with Law on Personal Data Protection.

4.3. The provider only processes personal information to the extent and duration required to provide services and comply with the law.
