What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a trader with a proven track record of generating consistent, high-yield returns in the cryptocurrency markets. The ideal candidate thrives in volatility and possesses a "institutional-grade" mindset toward risk.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Capital Management: Execute high-frequency or swing trading strategies to maximize ROI on managed funds.

• Strategy Development: Implement and refine robust trading systems (Manual or Algorithmic).

• Risk Mitigation: Maintain strict draw-down limits and adhere to rigorous risk management protocols.

• Performance Reporting: Provide transparent updates on PnL and market exposure.

 

Requirements & Qualifications

• Proven Track Record: At least 2-3 years of verifiable trading history (audited Track Record, Myfxbook, or Exchange API statements).

• Deep Market Knowledge: Expertise in Order Flow, Liquidity Analysis, Macro Trends, and Technical Analysis.

• Risk Discipline: Ability to manage large-scale positions without emotional bias.

• Advanced Tools: Proficiency in using professional trading terminals and analytical software.

• Target: Capability to aim for high-six-figure monthly returns while maintaining capital safety.

• Portfolio Size: A financial instrument portfolio (including cash deposits).

 

Specific Focus: Risk Management & Stability

• Drawdown Mastery: We prioritize traders who can demonstrate a maximum historical drawdown of less than 10-15%.

• Consistency over Aggression: We are looking for "Steady Equity Curves." We prefer consistent monthly growth over volatile, high-risk spikes.

• Capital Preservation: Our primary mandate is the protection of investor principal. Your strategy must include clear "Stop-Loss" protocols and hedging mechanisms.
